Got a really fast response, within 24 hours and with way more suggested alternatives than when I called the airline after hours waiting on hold. Since there were four of us and we wanted to fly Business Class, I had almost given up on the idea of using my points for this but then I found these guys. I don’t know how you could do a simpler and more rigorous app with everything you need and nothing you don’t.
